Orders typically ship within 48 hours, usually same day. Please be aware that once your order has been dispatched to the carrier it's no longer in our hands. Many delivery carriers are experiencing longer-than-usual transit times due to staffing shortages and other challenges, please be patient and kind to them.

• International shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) meaning the recipient pays the charges upon the shipment's arrival.
• Often items fall under the minimum threshold for duties and no fee is collected however we cannot guarantee nor are we responsible for any duties charged by your country’s customs enforcement. We do not set nor can we accurately predict customs charges.

We review every order manually to weed out fraudulent orders (it happens more than you think!) Once your order has been reviewed and marked fulfilled your card will be charged. Please be aware that once charged it may take 24-48 hours to appear on your statement.

Return/Exchange Policy

Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Discounted/sale items & Dunks are final sale.

All items must be new, unworn, in original condition & packaging intact. Shoes must be unworn. Clothing must be free of hair, pet hair, lint and odors. Gripped & set up hardgoods are final sale. Any items not meeting this criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

To Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email orders@coureurgoods.com and include your order # in the subject line.  

A prepaid return label will be emailed to you. Affix it to your return packaging. Your return must be packed in its original packaging including an exterior mailer or box.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs; we are not responsible for returns lost in the mail. Return shipping will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Once the item is received and its condition verified, a refund or exchange will be issued.

Credit card refunds typically take 2-4 days to process.

If we sent you the wrong item, you suspect the item is damaged or defective, or you have any issues please don’t hesitate to reach out.

From the time we receive your item back, verify its condition, and process your return, it may take 3-7 business days for a transaction to process. It is often less than this but please, be patient, there's nothing we can do to speed up this process as it's in the hands of the credit card issuer.

How Credit Card Returns Work

Please reach out to the carrier to open a case and find out if your package was misdelivered or potentially stolen.

The consumer is responsible for pursuing a resolution for a lost package or stolen package.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once packages are tendered to the carrier we have no control over them.

As the recipient you are ultimately responsible for resolving the issue of a lost or stolen package delivery. It is up to you to reach out to the carrier with your tracking information, make a claim with the delivery service, and in some instances, report the crime to the local police. The onus is on the buyer to contact the relevant parties and seek reconciliation.

We're not the kind of place that really accepts cold-calls or resume drop offs. We like to hire from our community and bring employees up from the ranks. The best way to get a shot at working for us is to become a shop regular. Be polite, friendly, and responsible and maybe you'll get our attention. It also helps to be 16+ years old!
