Return Policy:

In-store sales: with a receipt are eligible for return/exchange within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be in the original payment method.

Online orders: are eligible for return/exchange within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be in the original payment method. Please contact orders@voyageurgoods.com to initiate a return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping; please use a tracked and insured carrier. We are not responsible for returns lost in the mail.

All items must be new, unworn, in original condition with packaging intact. Shoes must be unworn, soles and interior clean. Clothing must be free of hair, pet hair, lint and odors. If ya wore it you’re out of luck.
