Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Discounted/sale items & Dunks are final sale.
All items must be new, unworn, in original condition & packaging intact. Shoes must be unworn. Clothing must be free of hair, pet hair, lint and odors. Gripped & set up hardgoods are final sale. Any items not meeting this criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

A prepaid return label will be emailed to you. Affix it to your return packaging. Your return must be packed in its original packaging including an exterior mailer or box.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs; we are not responsible for returns lost in the mail. Return shipping will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Once the item is received and its condition verified, a refund or exchange will be issued.
Credit card refunds typically take 2-4 days to process.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking indicates your item was delivered but you have not received it please contact your carrier to initiate a claim. The consumer is responsible for pursuing a resolution for a lost package or stolen package.
As the recipient or buyer, you are ultimately responsible for resolving the issue of a lost or stolen package delivery. It is up to you to reach out to the carrier with your tracking information, make a claim with the delivery service, and in some instances, report the crime to the local police. The onus is on the buyer to contact the relevant parties and seek reconciliation.
