All items must be new, unworn, in original condition with packaging intact. Shoes must be unworn, soles and interior clean. Clothing must be free of hair, pet hair, lint and odors. If ya wore it you’re out of luck.
In-store sales are eligible for return/exchange within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be in the original payment method.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking indicates your item was delivered but you have not received it please contact your carrier to initiate a claim.
