Return Policy:

Discounted/sale items are final sale.

All items must be new, unworn, in original condition with packaging intact. Shoes must be unworn, soles and interior clean. Clothing must be free of hair, pet hair, lint and odors. If ya wore it you’re out of luck.

In-store sales are eligible for return/exchange within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be in the original payment method.

Online orders are eligible for return/exchange within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be in the original payment method. Return shipping will be deducted from the final refund amount. Refunds will be processed when the item is received and its condition verified.

Please contact orders@coureurgoods.com to initiate a return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping; we are not responsible for returns lost in the mail.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking indicates your item was delivered but you have not received it please contact your carrier to initiate a claim.  The consumer is responsible for pursuing a resolution for a lost package or stolen package.

As the recipient or buyer, you are ultimately responsible for resolving the issue of a lost or stolen package delivery. It is up to you to reach out to the sender or merchant with your tracking information, make a claim with the delivery service, and in some instances, report the crime to the local police. The onus is on the buyer to contact the relevant parties and seek reconciliation.
